This kind of eradication program was far beyond anything that anyone had ever done anywhere in the world.

What do you do when your island is overrun by goats? Something drastic.

the-goat-barn:

the goats decided that they wanted to go into the big paddock with the miniature horses and donkeys and thought that it would be even more fun to jump on their backs…

They have become surfaces.

Oh my.

Because Radiolab is awesome, here’s a post inspired by this wonderful story!

Radiolab listener and all-around good dude Josh Siegel made some drawings inspired by our Goat on a Cow story.  Hey Josh: that is either one very tiny cow or one ENORMOUS goat.

Goat on a Cow. On a postcard. From a listener in Switzerland. We love goats on cows. Who’s with us? Any other photos out there?

A Surrealist House Adorned with Lawned Walls and Floating Staircases.

The goats are a nice touch…although I’m a little worried about them eating the wall parts.

Goats: good in three dimensions, good in two dimensions, just plain good.  Check out more from Ben Heine on his (extensive) website.
